We Build Performance

Our multi-disciplinary approach employs scientific expertise, technical proficiency, and business acumen. Our core focus is helping you assess your short-term and long-term-term real estate development and facility needs.

We specialize in feasibility studies, market positioning, strategic operational analyses, and project management for life science and bio-pharmaceutical facilities. Our multi-disciplinary approach allows us to model what we have learned establishing incubators, accelerators, and life-science and bio-pharmaceutical facilities to the establishment of other innovation and technology-based business facilities.

Some of our clients include commercial real estate firms and developers, biotechnology companies, public and private institutions, and economic development organizations.

We bring the skills, expertise, and experience required to meet our client’s needs. We understand that you demand a facility capable of exemplary performance. At Facility Logix, we build performance.

Facility Logix worked with a local real estate provider to detail the property’s attributes and to evaluate the potential market for a buyer of the building for its highest and best use as a fill-finish site.

Facility Logix has worked with the Mann Research Center and affiliated entities on several projects to develop complex business strategies and models for relocation and expansion efforts. We have used their models to secure significant economic incentives and to evaluate a variety of strategic options. Each time we are treated as though we are their only client. Their work product is exemplary.
